Studio Rules

Cancellation 

There is a twelve-hour cancellation policy here at Girl on Pole. As long as you cancel 12 hours prior to your scheduled class or waitlist you will not lose your class. This class is still dame valid for your account therefore you can book another class. Late cancellations result in you losing your class. 

 

Private Session Cancellation

Private sessions require a 24-hour cancellation failure to do so will result in you losing your class. We are unable to make refunds for late cancellations. 

 

Refunds

Class packages are nonrefundable and nontransferable. Once purchased please make certain you are aware of the expiration date and utilize all classes before your expiration date. We do not and will not extend your expiration date. Classes are nontransferable.

 

Walk-ins

We appreciate your business, therefore, we make every effort to accommodate our walk-in students, however, we fully encourage you to reserve a spot online or please call in. Classes with less than 4 participants within 6 hours before class will be canceled and you will be notified via email or a phone call. 

 

Late Policy

Should you be more than 15 minutes late to a class we reserve the right to give your spot to another student on the waitlist. You will not be allowed to join the class and will not be refunded. 

 

Please be mindful of starting class times, you should be dressed and ready to start your class on time. We suggest that you arrive at the studio ahead of time before your scheduled class to avoid cancellation charges. 

 

We ask that you respect instructors and fellow students by being on time. 

 

Here at Girl on Pole Dance Studio, we are keen on late policies. 

 

Pictures and Recording

Taking pictures and recording is not allowed in the studio. Please respect other students' privacy. Should you wish to take pictures of yourself you are welcome to do so after a class has ended, at a private party, at a private session, or at an open pole session. 

 

Studio Attire

When taking classes please be sure to wear proper attire. We consider the following proper attire. Athletic apparel, short shorts, sports bra, or tank tops. We do not recommend loose-fitted clothing while taking classes. Underwear is not considered approbate attire for pole classes. 

 

Attitude and Behavior 

We strive to create a fun, friendly, and positive environment as we all learn pole dancing so we encourage you to extend positive attitudes towards teachers and students.

No cell phone calls or messages are allowed during classes.

Negativity and bullying are frowned upon at our studio, we do not support, condone or encourage them. Disrespect will not be tolerated by anyone. These kinds of behaviors will result in removal from the studio and you will be banned from taking classes at Girl on Pole Dance Studio. 

 

Age Limit

You must be 18 or older to attend Girl on Pole Dance Studios. If you are under the age of 18 a parent or guardian should attend the class with you and should sign your waiver form for you.  

 

Alcohol

We will not teach anyone who seems to be under the influence of any substance or not of sound mind. No refunds are made to anyone who shows up in this manner.
